Editing Host Settings for a Site

How to edit hosting settings including hosting space, page quota, user quota, site log history and premium modules for a site. Once a premium module has been added to a site, it can then be deployed to that site by an AdministratorRegistered users who are members of the Administrators role. These users have full access to manage the site including adding, deleting and editing all pages and modules. Administrators also have access to the Admin pages located on the main menu.. Note: This task can also be performed using the Extensions module. Restricted to SuperUsers.

  1. Navigate to HostThese users have full access to manage the settings and content of all sites with this DNN installation, including the Host site. SuperUser accounts are created using the Host > SuperUser Accounts module. >  SiteRefers to a single and unique site created using DNN. Multiple unique sites can be created and managed within each installed DNN application. Management and click the Edit button beside the title of the required site - OR - Navigate to AdminRegistered users who are members of the Administrators role. These users have full access to manage the site including adding, deleting and editing all pages and modules.   2. Select the Advanced Settings tab and expand the HostThese users have full access to manage the settings and content of all sites with this DNN installation, including the Host site. SuperUser accounts are created using the Host > SuperUser Accounts module. Settings section.
  3. At Expiry Date, click the Calendar icon and select the date when the hosting contract for this site will expire.
  4. In the Hosting Fee text box enter the monthly hosting fee for this site.
  5. In the Disk Space text box, enter the available disc space in Megabytes (MB) allowed for this site - OR - Leave this field blank for unlimited space.
  6. In the PageA page on a DNN site. Quota text box, enter the maximum number of pages allowed for this site - OR - Leave this field blank for unlimited pages.
  7. In the User Quota text box, enter the maximum number of users allowed for this site - OR - Leave this field blank for unlimited user accounts.
  8. In the SiteRefers to a single and unique site created using DNN. Multiple unique sites can be created and managed within each installed DNN application. Log History (Days) text box, enter the number of days that SiteRefers to a single and unique site created using DNN. Multiple unique sites can be created and managed within each installed DNN application. Log activity is kept for this site - OR - Enter zero ( 0 ) to disable this site log.
  9. At Available Modules, mark  the check box beside a module to assign it to this site - OR - unmark  the check box beside a module to unassign it from this site.
